My meal planning process is a change in lifestyle to promote healthier well balanced eating and as a result weight loss occurs. I encourage foods you would incorporate in your diet on a regular basis, but I show you how to incorporate it in amounts and durations necessary to promote regular weight loss.

The meal planning I encourage is a wholesome food intake from all the food groups, including fruits, vegetables, grains, starches, lean meats, poultry, eggs and dairy products. Eating this way you will find it enjoyable and more importantly, you will stay satisfied without the empty calories.

Understanding what you eat not only assists in losing weight, but long term weight maintenance as well.

This website is designed to help you reach your goal by educating you about the right foods and quantities to eat. It will provide you with useful information about my meal planning process and offer you a convenient way to obtain the meals, supplements and protein we offer at our office through our online store.
