My meal planning process is a change in lifestyle to promote
healthier well balanced eating and as a result weight loss occurs. I encourage foods you would incorporate in your diet on
a regular basis, but I show you how to incorporate it in amounts and durations necessary to promote regular weight loss.
The meal planning I encourage is a wholesome food intake from all the food groups, including fruits, vegetables,
grains, starches, lean meats, poultry, eggs and dairy products. Eating this way you will find it enjoyable and more importantly,
you will stay satisfied without the empty calories.
With my nutrition education and chemistry background, I have developed my own Flax/Fiber supplement designed
especially to assist in weight loss. This soluble fiber contains probiotics to aid in digestion with a mix of flax seeds to
add omega 3 fatty acids to your diet which allows balance. Fatty acids assist metabolic properties to improve digestion and

on a regular basis and while it seems so easy for some most of us seem doomed in this life long struggle of maintaining a
healthy lifestyle? I often wonder why so many people spend so much money on gym memberships and exercise equipment and still
don't exercise on regular basis. Shouldn't joining a gym or buying an expensive piece of equipment for your home be enough
to motivate one to exercise daily?
